Welcome to Vlocal4u. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vlocal4u mobile application and related services ("Services"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

“App” means the Vlocal4u mobile and web application.
“User” refers to any individual who downloads, accesses, or uses the App.
“Restaurant Partner” refers to food vendors listed on the platform.
“Delivery Partner” refers to individuals providing delivery services via the platform.
To use Vlocal4u, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these criteria.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
Vlocal4u is not liable for any unauthorized activity that occurs under your account.
Orders placed through the App are binding once confirmed.
Prices listed include applicable taxes and delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.
Vlocal4u is not responsible for errors in pricing or unavailability of menu items.
Users may cancel orders within a limited time before preparation starts.
Refunds for late or incorrect orders will be issued at Vlocal4u’s discretion.
Inappropriate cancellation patterns may lead to suspension of the account.
Vlocal4u aims to deliver orders within estimated timeframes but does not guarantee delivery times.
Users must be available at the provided delivery address to receive the order.
Restaurants and Delivery Partners are independent contractors. Vlocal4u is not liable for their actions or omissions.
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the platform
Harass, threaten, or defraud any restaurant, delivery partner, or user
Submit false, defamatory, or inappropriate content in reviews or feedback
All content and materials on the App (logos, text, software, images, etc.) are the property of Vlocal4u or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without written permission.
By using Vlocal4u, you agree to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms
We believe your actions cause harm to Vlocal4u, its partners, or other users
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your account or uninstalling the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Vlocal4u is not liable for food quality, delays, inaccuracies, or damages unless caused directly by its negligence.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the transaction in question.
