At Vlocal4u, we aim to deliver your food and grocery items promptly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our app.
📦 1. Shipping Coverage
We currently serve specific localities and regions as listed in the app.
Service availability is determined based on your entered delivery address.
Orders placed outside our serviceable areas will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
⏱️ 2. Delivery Timelines
Food orders: Typically delivered within 15–60 minutes depending on location, restaurant/vendor, and peak hours.
Grocery orders: Delivered same-day or next-day, depending on stock availability and delivery partner capacity.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other operational factors.
🛒 3. Order Processing
Orders are processed immediately after confirmation.
Modifications to confirmed orders are not allowed. You may cancel and place a new order (cancellation policy applies).
In case of any issues (e.g., unavailability, delays), our support team will notify you via call, SMS, or app notification.
🚗 4. Delivery Partners
Deliveries are carried out by trusted third-party logistics partners and in some cases, vendors directly.
Vlocal4u is not responsible for delays, misconduct, or service failures on the part of third-party delivery agents, though we will support investigations and resolutions.
📍 5. Address & Delivery Attempts
Please ensure your address, contact number, and delivery instructions are accurate.
Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details may not be eligible for refund.
Our delivery partner may attempt contact if no one is available at the delivery address. After reasonable attempts, the order may be marked as undeliverable.
📸 6. Proof of Delivery
Delivery may be confirmed via OTP, photo proof, or delivery confirmation message.
Once an order is marked as “Delivered”, any disputes must be raised within 24 hours through the support section in the app.

Vlocal4u reserves the right to cancel or delay deliveries under certain conditions:
Severe weather or natural disasters
Public holidays or lockdowns
Vendor closure or inventory issues
Lack of delivery partner availability
